Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version

The first consultation carries no charge, so there is nothing to refund if you decide not to proceed. Once paid work has begun, refunds depend on how far the work has progressed.

Cancelling a consultation

Cancel or reschedule a booked consultation up to 4 hours before the appointment at no cost — use the link in your confirmation email, or reply to it. Cancelling later, or not attending, may count as a used slot.

Paid engagements

After a return or application has been filed	No refund — the work is complete and cannot be undone

If we cancel

If we cannot deliver an engagement — the assigned expert becomes unavailable and we cannot substitute another, or we discover we cannot act for you — you receive a full refund, regardless of stage.

Government fees

Fees paid to the NBR, RJSC or any other authority are not refundable by us once submitted. They are the authority's charge, not ours, and are always shown separately from our professional fee.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back through the channel you paid on — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer — within 7 working days of approval. Mobile-banking operators may add their own transfer charge.

Something went wrong?

Contact us before asking your bank or wallet provider to reverse the transaction. Almost every dispute is resolved faster by talking to us first, and a reversal filed mid-engagement freezes the work.
