By using this platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this platform is

We operate a marketplace that connects individuals and businesses with independent tax, accounting and legal practitioners. We verify the credentials of the practitioners listed, but each practitioner is an independent professional, not our employee or agent.

What this platform is not

Nothing on this site is professional advice. The articles, guides and calculators are general information only. They do not take account of your circumstances and must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified practitioner engaged on your specific matter.

The professional relationship

When you engage a practitioner through this platform, the professional relationship — including the scope of work, the fee and the professional duties owed — is between you and that practitioner directly.

Verification and its limits

We verify licence numbers and credentials with the issuing bodies before approving a profile. This confirms identity and qualification. It is not a guarantee of the quality or outcome of any particular engagement, and we do not warrant the work of any practitioner.

Calculators

The tax calculators use rate tables maintained by our team based on published NBR notifications. We take care to keep them current but do not warrant their accuracy or completeness, and we accept no liability for decisions taken in reliance on them.

Your obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, not to misuse the platform, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

Practitioner obligations

Practitioners who list on the platform warrant that their credentials are genuine and current, that they hold any required licence, and that they will act in accordance with the professional standards of their body. Providing false information results in removal.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent practitioners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may amend these terms. Continued use after an amendment constitutes acceptance.
