Society/Foundation/Trust Registration (RJSC)

Formation from name clearance to incorporation certificate.

From idea to incorporated

We handle the entire RJSC process: name clearance, drafting the memorandum and articles of association, filing to RJSC, and obtaining the incorporation certificate.

We also set up your post-incorporation compliance calendar so the first annual return doesn't catch you out.
